I started my 21 Day Fix program this Sunday so that looks like this for the week:

Sunday - Total Body Fix
Monday - Upper Fix
Tuesday - Lower Fix
Wednesday - Pilates Fix
Thursday - Cardio Fix
Friday - Dirty 30
Saturday - Yoga Fix

I also am working on my Mile-A-Day run challenge (365 in 365) again with the add-on of one 3 mile run per week. This week's three mile run will be late... pending this silly weather letting up here in Massachusetts! :)

Hello Gwen, wow great exercise plan for the week. Seems like you are going to be pretty busy. Looks like you have really thought things out. When is the 5k race because it seems like you are really putting in some time.  Wow, I can't believe January is almost over. I have had a pretty good month of eating great and exercising but I have to really rev it up this week. I wish you much success and thanks for the update.

My next 5k is, um, really soon.  February 8th.  I'll be doing a little local 5k with my bff called "Love the Run You're With."  Then I've got 5ks in March, April, and May.

Wow Gwen, that's amazing. You are definitely are a runner. You have come an amazing way on your journey. Very inspirational. Looks like you are really going to be busy. Keep up the great job.  Is this your primary source of cardio or do you incorporate other things?

Thanks!

Running is my primary source of cardio.  I was doing Zumba and Bhangra for a while, but those classes fizzled.

Old timer here...I live in CA.  I don't post much, but I ride my bicycle between 4-7 days a week depending on the weather and what I've got going on.  I also do walking around the block and house.  I've had 2 heart attacks, double heart bypass and a stent.  I exercise, but never try to push myself to exhaustion.

My wife and I dared each other to join a ballroom dance class.  So, tonight (second week) we finished the fox trot...Next week is the tango!!  Pooped at the end of the night...Not having used certain muscles in years!!  Brian

I would LOVE to have someone to take ballroom dance classes with.  That sounds fantastic!
