I'm ready for spring already!
Mon - yoga at home
Tue - 5k training, yoga stretching, yoga class, physical therapy for shoulder (PT is only once a week now, yay!)
Wed - yoga class
Thu - 5k training, yoga stretching
Fri - tai chi class, Pilates class
Sat - 5k training, yoga stretching OR yoga at home
Sun - 5k training, yoga stretching OR yoga at home (whichever one I didn't do on Sat)
So far I'm keeping up with my goal of doing at least 25 minutes of logged exercise a day!

Monday: 15min swim (getting faster - or at least not drowning- using my pull buoy, did 0.09mi!)
Tues: pm trail run, 5 mi
Weds: group speedwork was cancelled due to weather, so did my longest swim yet-- 1050mts in 41 min!
Thurs: 7 mi am run
Friday: 5mi am run
Saturday: trail run, 10mi
Sunday: group long run, 12 mi
