Hey a weird pop up (that I cant make happen again) indicated that your surgeon is FITZER? He was my surgeon. He was great. And I would recommend getting aquainted with his NUT. She helps me with my recipes all the time.
Granted-you are having VSG and dont have to worry about draining/solids like I did. But I loved Jessica (the NUT). She is also a runner and really encouraged me too.
The whole group is just awesome.
