What's your running shoe any why...
I run in HOKA ONE ONE Bondi 2 - best shoe (I believe) for any overweight runner. So much cushioning and a relatively flat (heel to toe drop) ride.

Brooks Ghost 7. Because I get fitted at Pacers and they're amazing. Professional fitting is the way to go.

Dude St. Michaels is awesome just arrive early as the traffic is a nightmare. Last year it was the best run ever. Cool morning, bright sunny sky and shaded roads to run on. It was awesome. The website states it changed the routes to include more water viewing on the runs so Im betting its even better. We can meet there!
