I know it sounds like finding excuses, but work is really making this rough this week. Fortunately, today is the last of 3 - 12 hour days this week. Things will get back to normal next week.

Thursday - Work
Friday - Upper body weights, 20 minutes HIIT elliptical
Saturday - Lower body weights
Sunday - Upper body weights, 20 minutes HIIT elliptical
