I can't believe these are the last few days of 2014.  I also can't believe that I've spent over 300 hours exercising this year.  That's just astounding.  My classes don't start up again until next week, so it's a pretty straightforward week for me.  

Monday - yoga!  I'm focusing on flexibility with my home practice right now.  It kicks my butt, but I can also tell that I'm improving.  

Tuesday - 5k training and yoga stretching, physical therapy

Wednesday - yoga

Thursday - 5k training and yoga stretching (I'm looking forward to Christmas and New Years -not- being on Thursdays next year.)  

Friday - yoga, physical therapy

Saturday - yoga

Sunday - 5k training and yoga stretching

Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Happy New Year!

Monday- rest

Tuesday 6mi am run, 5mi pm trail run

Weds- found a couple fools to brave the track with, did 6 mi (5x200 speedwork, then the rest "fuggedaboutit"....)

Thursday : NYD 5k in the am

Friday: solo am run, maybe some pool time in the pm

Saturday: trail group run, 10+mi

Sunday: winter half program group run, 11mi

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

Wedenesday-1 Hour Boot Camp Class

Thursday-1 Hour Spin Class; 4 Mile Run

Friday-5 Mile Run

 

Even typing this I am utterly blown away that I am able to do these activities as 4 years ago would have been impossible!!!

Looks like a great plan!  I'm blown away by the same thing on a regular basis.  It sort of rocks :)
