Saturday: I'm enjoying a much needed rest day today!  
Sunday: 5k training and yoga stretching.  It's going to be very cold when I run tomorrow, but I'll do it anyway.

Diagnosed with Binge Eating Disorder and started Vyvanse - 7/22/2016
Reconstructive Surgeries with Dr. Michaels - 6/5/2017 (LBL & brachioplasty), 8/14/2017 (UBL & mastopexy), 11/6/2017 (medial leg lift)

Saturday-Ran 6 miles...little chilly here in MA but me and my dog Roscoe enjoyed the brisk run

Sunday-60 minute Spin Class

Saturday-rest

Sunday -6.2 mile jog with multiple steep hills (6). 1hour: 16 minutes

RNY Surgery: 12/31/2013; 

Current weight (2/27/2015) 139lbs, ~14% body fat

Three pounds below Goal!!! Yay !
