I started my new 5k training plan last week and the first week went well!  It's for a sub-30 min 5k, which I have no aspiration of reaching, but I hope the plan makes me fast for my next 5k. 

M: yoga at home
Tu: 5k training, yoga at home, yoga class
W: yoga class, zumba class, water aerobics class
Th: 5k training, yoga at home, bhangra dance class
F: tai chi class, pilates class

Friday 45 minute spin classs

When my new class schedule comes out next month, I'll see if there's a convenient spinning class for me to try.  Right now, I sort of feel like I'm at max capacity for exercise!

Monday: rest

Tuesday: 6 slow miles on road

Weds: nada

Thursday: 4 mi .... no more! :(

Friday: nothing.... going thru running withdrawl.... November 15th can't come soon enough!!

Very nice daily activities. I also do that too. But whenever I'm in my house, I just do it with my elliptical machine.
