I am trying to go back exercising and I decided I wanted to do strength training. The areas I want to work on before I have my surgery are my arms, inner thighs and outer thighs and stomach. What is the best strength training out here? Any ideas????
I would suggest getting a personal trainer if you can. They can assess your overall fitness and any other issues you have a customize a plan just for you.
You must work out all the time to develop and maintain fitness. If you have access to a gym then lift weights twice a week, doing a total body routine. If you do not have access then do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, crunches, and planks.
