Greetings! I found that variety keeps me engaged and it also avoids muscle memory and helps keep me consistent in losing later from my surgery date. I also can't walk because of a bad knee. So I do yoga, spinning, aqua aerobics, boxing, Pilates and more. Exercise is endless and this keeps me full and engaged.

Highest Weight: 304 lbs. / Surgery Weight: 271 lbs.  / Goal Weight: 149 lbs.

Me too!  I do yoga, zumba, water aerobics, bhangra, tai chi, and pilates each week, plus I run.  For me, it's awesome and I tell myself that I'm working out every muscle in my body at least once a week, which is healthy and good for preventing injury :D

New research has shown that piperine—which is released when the waiter from the fancy restaurant uses that giant pepper grinder—has some stunning magical powers. In studies, it has been shown to fight depression, inflammation and arthritis—and help you burn belly fat.
