Weekday workouts

Feeling much better this week after dialing back my mileage... ok, I still got 55 miles in last week but it felt better!

Monday: rest day

Tuesday: am run 6mi, pm trail run 6.5 mi

Wednesday: marathon group track speedwork (total 10.5 mi: warm up, 2x4x800 at 9:20ish pace with recoveries of 400 between sets, then cool down).

Thursday: rest

Friday: solo run (unfortunately) 7 mi

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

M: yoga at home, (voice lesson)
Tu: running, yoga class
W: zumba class, water aerobics -- I screwed up my timing and ended up missing my classes.  So I just took a long walk instead.  
Th: running, yoga at home, bhangra dance class, (choir)
F: tai chi class, pilates class

I had to go to ER today for a kidney stone and was super glad that I'd done my exercises before the pain knocked me out of commission!  And I'm LOVING running outside!

Monday-Pound class at the Y (New class where you use weighted drumsticks to do cardio/strength class...felt like a rock star!)

Tuesday-Rest

Wednesday-Spin class at the Y

Thursday-4 mile run

Friday-Spin class at the Y
