weekday workouts (8/25-8/29)
Monday - rest day (and massive eating day! ugh, rungries....)
Tuesday - am run with my best running bud of 7.25mi, trail run pm
Wednesday - marathon group speedwork, 10mi in 90degree heat/humidity, 1 mi solo warmup (for mental health. it was a rough day.), 1.25mi group warm up, 2000, 400 recovery, 3200, 400 recovery, 2000, 400 recovery (since Garmin doesn't have a "holy mother of god" pace setting, overall pace was 9 min/mile), then 1.25 mi group cooldown. I had to take a freezing cold shower to get my heart to stop racing!!
Thursday - rest day
Friday - TBD, maybe around 10mi?

This week is an "easy" week for me because my fitness classes are all on break right now before the fall semester starts next week. (I take all my classes at the local community college.) So all I've got this week is running and yoga on my own at home with my awesome iPad app.
Monday: yoga at home
Tuesday: running on the treadmill, yoga at home
Wednesday: yoga at home
Thursday: running on the treadmill, yoga at home
Friday: yoga at home
