Had an awesome time at the trail Half-Marathon and one of my buddies who ran the full placed #1 in our age group! So proud of my running friends.... But now back on to the ultra training, yikes!
Monday - rest
Tuesday -am run of 6.75mi, pm trail run
Weds - marathon group speedwork 9 total miles (3x2000 at 9:20 pace)
Thurs - rest
Friday - aiming for 10 mi
First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
This is a transitional week for me for exercise since some of my classes are on brea****il the fall semester starts in September. It is my first week of running Tu/Th/Su, and this weekend will be my first outside run!

Monday - Rest except for my Push-up Challenge
Tues - Track
Wed - Swim (Interval training) in AM, Challenge in the PM
Thurs - Trail run in the AM, Spin Class in the PM, not sure if I'll do my challenge
Fri - Serious Strength in the AM, Challenge in the PM
For the Challenge, we are going 20 push-ups, and 30 seconds of planking -- left and right planks and a front plank - building up to 1 min. of planking. I'm up to 20 full pushups but some are doing a combo of full and knee pushups still. I'm getting ready to go to 35 seconds for the planks, probably tomorrow.
