1st Medal for race!
Hi All-I have been sporadic with my posts recently about exercise because my exercise has been as well. Mostly been doing Spin, boxing and yoga.
However, today I ran a 5k. I finished with a time of 26:12, good for 3rd place in my age group of 40-49. It was pretty exciting as since I began to run have gotten t-shirts and participation medal, but to actually "win" a medal was pretty neat.

Isn't winning fun? All my medals so far have been what I call bottom podium-ing. Where I was on the podium but also last in the category. So 1 out of 1 or 2 out of 2 or 3 out of 3. I have come in 4th in my age group a few times though. So close...
Anyway, congrats to you!
