Wednesday - marathon group track workout, 9.5 total miles (speedwork ladder 400-800-1200-1200-800-400 at 9:20 pace)

Friday - aiming for 10mi am run

I decided to have an active and healthy lifestyle now. I make sure to do some exercises every day and I'm doing 3-4 km run every Monday, cycling around our area every Tuesday, 30 minutes walking every Wednesday, swimming on Thursday, Yoga every Friday. I also love cycling every Saturday with my DH and kids.
