Monday - REST - I was going to mix it up this week but I ended up staying up until Midnight to watch a friend cross the finish line of her first IM. So then I slept in!

Wed - Swim Intervals
Thurs - Spin class
Fri - Serious Strength - maybe
HW - 225 SW - 191 GW - 132 CW - 122

Tuesday - 7mi am run, 7.5mi trail run pm
Wednesday - marathon group speedwork ( 8mi, plus 2mi warm up)
Thursday - rest
Friday - am run TBD 7-9mi
