Tuesday - am 6mi run, pm 7 mi trail run
Weds - marathon group speedwork: 1-3 mi warm up, 2x5x400 LSD-60 (so 9:20 pace?) with 400 recoveries, 1 mi cool down
Thursday - rest
Friday - am run 6-8 mi

This is the second week of my training plan of my own devising so my cardio is 1 minute runs and 3.5 minute walks sandwiched between warmup and cool down. I'm consistently going more than 3.1 miles in my 65 minutes and that rocks.

Wednesday - cardio (was supposed to do yoga at home but got derailed)

Friday - tai chi class, Pilates class, cardio
