Hello everyone! I've been getting some really awful side stiches while running. I know this is a common problem for many runners, not just those post GBS. Anyone have any suggestions? I've looked on the internet, but wasn't sure if things might be different for us because everything is so jumbled around in there....

I think these are brought on by a cramp in your diaphragm.  Practice taking deep breaths, stretch your arms over your head, bend over and stretch out while exhaling deeply.  These should relieve the cramp.  To avoid them, remember to take deep breaths.

I don't think it's different for us. I think most side stitches happen from running faster than our fitness level just like for non-WLS people.
