Weights used in "30 Day Shred" Level 1 ???

I was wondering if anyone has done Jillian Michael's "30 Day Shred", what lb weights did you use ?? I'm on day 6 of Level 1, and I've been using 3 lb weights. So if you did this program, did you use 3 or 5 lb weights ? Thanks !!

Hey lady! I have not done this, but I would use the weight that you can do the whole workout with!  If the 3 is too easy, use the 5.  Maybe try the 5 and see what happens?

I use the 5 lbs. I needed to get back to being able to throw 40 lbs bags of salt so the 5 lbs after 30 days of not too much upper body was intense during the workout but not too intense to cause injury!
