I just posted my own original post but figured I might reach out to you because you look like you've got this running thing down. Do you ever get side stitches while running? If so, any suggestions for dealing with them? I'm trying hard to get into running, but some days I just have to stop because they're so bad.
K.L: sorry it took me a hot second to reply.... I've not gotten side stitches very often but when I would, deep breathing helps. Focus on breathing from the diaphragm, even slow your pace, and it's useful to raise your arms over your head as you're breathing, and that may help the pain abate.
