Hey all!  I hope you had a good full weekend. 

 

Monday: rest

Tuesday: 5 miles

Wednesday: 4 miles

Thursday: 4.5 miles with speed work

Friday: 4 miles

 

Building up the mileage base for half marathon in September!

 

HW: 274 SW: 241  CW: 149 --- 5'6 (Surgery date 11/26/2013)

Monday: rest (as in, sitting in a car for the majority of the day)

Tuesday: 6mi am run w/ girls, 4.8 mi trail run in pm 

Wednesday: 6mi marathon group run (but got cut short to 4.70 mi due to weather)

Thursday: rest

Friday: 5.4 mi

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

Monday-3 miles and 45 minute spin class...with my 14 yr old son!!

Tuesday-4 miles

Wednesday-Rest

Thursday-5 mile run

Friday-45 minute spin class

All you guys saying "X miles" -- X miles doing WHAT?! :D

Monday: Rest - still recovering from being sick

Tues: Track - our track is torn up so we're on the baseball field. It works

Wed: Swim - got in 2250!

Thur: Doing a massive Bike-Run-Bike-Run brick. It's for time so I won't know the miles until after

Fri: Serious Strength - group strength workout
