Exercise clothes or under-garments to help with the floppy skin?

I have been jogging and for some reason when I jog, I don't notice my loose belly skin flopping.  BUT, I started T25 today and the jumping type exercises make my lower belly skin flop around like crazy and I can't stand the feeling.  I thought about just wearing a pair of my spanx-type pants, but I haven't tried them yet.  I will probably do that tomorrow. Anyone have some good clothing advice to help me?

While I don't have a tremendous amount of excess skin, I'm a big fan of things not rubbing or flopping  so I usually wear CW-X bottoms (shorts, capris, tights) and VSX sports bras on top when running

I love UA heat gear a size or two smaller than I'd normally wear.  They work great and "hold" me in place. Recently ran a half marathon and I did not clap for myself once!  I wear them as undergarments and do t-shirts over the top.

TomN,

"I did not clap for myself once!" I'll clap for that response. Well done on the half marathon!

I use shapewear. Really good ones like Flexees. Love them. Their tops are long and tight.

I also use shape wears. They are really good in the sense they hide and cover the flaps in a very good way. I feel confident while wearing them.

Thanks for all the ideas.  The cheap shape wear stuff I have helped a little, but not great. Although, they are probably a size too big for me anyway, so properly fitting shape wear would surely be better.

I am also looking for something so that when I run, my apron does not clap.

Today while doing our weekly workout at work, I was sprinting and I heard the clap and wanted to give up right away. I didn't but it was sure embarrassing.

Great question! I would like to add that I am looking for a solution to legs rubbing when wearing skirts and dresses. That friction can be killer!
