I'm late replying! Last weekend was busy!
saturday: easy 4 miles
sunday: long 6 miles
At a stretch , you had walked so long. Do you take a rest while the walk?? Does it be very tedious to do all this?? I have to get my goal of 120 lbs in 2 months and i am currently 165 lbs. Would it be good to do all this. Please reply.

These workouts were continuous running without walking. It is not tedious if you train up properly. If you have not been running, it would be good to start with walking then introduce jog intervals. I started running in February and I starting with 1 minute running 1 minute walking and then moved up over the next 4 or so months. I'm not sure if your goal of losing 45 lbs in 2 months is realistic. Between April 26 and May 26, I lost 8 lbs. I kept my diet clean and did continuous running 5x a week. Running is fun! If you do it for fun, you will keep it up! Godd luck to you.
