Burp!!!!

In the middle of my workouts, I tend to need to burp. This causes me to slow down when I really need to be pushing harder. Sometimes it could take up to 1.5 hours to release a teeny tiny burp. Its so annoying. 

I was advised to add mint oil to my water. It helps. 

Any suggestions?

I have no suggestions but this happens to me too.  It doesn't slow me down, I just burp.  I think it is from breathing hard.

I kind of breath through it, and end up sort of hiccupping/burping LOL

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
