Running a half marathon after RNY!

Congrats on signing up for a half marathon. I am six years post surgery and have done 30 half marathons gu gels work great for me have tried snack size candy bars as well and they work too. Another thing that is goos is dried fruit. Try them in your training runs not on race day.
