Wings?
All exercise is good so good on ya for wanting to get started!
There's nothing short of plastics that can actually tighten up the wings, unfortunately, however you can improve the appearance of your wings by doing strength training targeting your arms, chest, shoulders and back. Basically, you want to fill 'em in with muscle.
Also, results will vary, of course, depending on your own body structure and elasticity. I'm old. No elasticity for me.
I've been doing P90X and have noticed significant improvement. I still have wings, but they don't quite flap in the breeze anymore, lol.
