Weekday workouts

Monday - was supposed to be a rest day after this weekend but.... did 6 miles at a slow pace, mostly for mental health reasons!

Tuesday - running with m'girls (no, not my boobs) in the am

Wednesday - pm hill repeats, 5 mi, with marathon group

Thursday - rest

Friday - maybe 6mi?

Monday-EXHAUSTED so rested, sometimes need to give these old bones a break!

Tuesday-3 or 4 mile run

Wednesday-60 minute spin class

Thursday-4 or 5 mile run

Friday-Swimming

Have a healthy work out week all

I wish I could leave my boobs at home when I run lol

Monday: 2 miles

Tuesday: REST (I'll probably go for a walk!)

Wednesday: 3 miles

Thursday: 4 miles

Friday: REST

Yep, wish I could leave the 'boy's at home sometimes.

Monday - 5.5 mi. Cardio has returned but still slowing after the 5K mark.

Tuesday - 5K with a tail wind. I'm tired but the weather looks crapy for wes.

Wednesday - Rest

Thursday - 6.0 mi 

Friday - Bike 12 mi

Saturday - Running a 5K with the club
