Monday - was supposed to be a rest day after this weekend but.... did 6 miles at a slow pace, mostly for mental health reasons!
Tuesday - running with m'girls (no, not my boobs) in the am
Wednesday - pm hill repeats, 5 mi, with marathon group
Thursday - rest
Friday - maybe 6mi?
