Weekday workouts
Monday - rest
Tuesdays - 6 miles of road running, then broke in my new trail shoes for 3.70 mi sloggy trail run
Weds - too busy to run
Thurs - super sucky day so did 3mi road run (in order to distract myself from homicide) and then did a trail run tonight of 4mi with some friends. Nothing like running anger into the ground to get your head right! Even when it's wet, sloggy, muddy ground....

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
Monday was supposed to be rest but I sold a swim pass to someone and he suggested we meet at our trainer's Monday group workout. So I did a strength workout.
Tues. was track and it was supposed to be an easy workout for people tapering for a race this weekend but we did a sprint relay instead
Tomorrow was supposed to be swimming and I plan to do that. But I also am meeting someone after work to do one last Mountain Bike workout before the race because I have only ridden the mountain bike 3x and I need more practice.

I ended up doing the bike ride today instead of Wed. My legs were still beat though. Plus it was 95 out. I walked a lot. I'm still getting used to the mountain bike.
Tomorrow is a rest day and then Sat. is the RACE!
