Anyone try Crossfit
I've done it. I love that type of exercise. I like that it's modifiable. You can do the same exercise as everyone else but with a smaller weight. Or less reps. And then you get stronger and eventually some other newbie is the one not doing as much as you!
But the Crossfit community does tend to be a bit macho and you can get injured if you let them such you into MORE, STRONGER, IGNORE THE PAIN! Now I do similar exercises only with a trainer at a non-Crossfit gym.

How long have you been going? It should get better after a few weeks. I've never done crossfit but the first time I did P90X I pretty much felt like dying every time lol. But after the first few weeks, I was able to do it a lot better.
