Weekday workouts
Monday - rest day
Tuesday - ended up doing 10 mi! 4 mi solo, then 3 mi with one friend and then another friend joined us for 3 more miles. It was great fun!
Weds - did 5 mi with friends of hybrid trail/paved run. Highlighted how trail shoes really need to be more cushioned than the minimalist road shoes I used!
Thurs - rest
Fri - will try to keep it short, as I'm running Nike Women's Half on Sunday

Monday did a lot of physical work and was running errands. Today, Tuesday I rode my bike to the flea market and got a massage. I go for cheap massages...No ambiance, just work the muscles and back. Went to the recycling center to get rid of some tires. Later I rode my bike to the coffee shop and back. Total biking about 6 miles. In the afternoon I went to the farm and mowed weeds. Boring but productive day...

Monday was a Rest day
Tues was track and it was decent
Wed was a swim workout and I didn't feel tired after! First time since I came back from injury for that!
Thur was Spin and we had a sub and she was AMAZING
Friday was supposed to be Serious Strength but I was beat from Spin.
Still can't workout more than 5 days a week. We'll see what the weekend brings.
