Wednesday Workout

Went to the Y and did a 45 minute Spin class..felt great!

I did my first trail run last night (after revising my plans 2x, when no one else could do track speedwork with me!) and we did 4.85 miles at 12:30min/mile pace. It was a lot of fun and I've come to terms with the fact that trail pace is going to be WAY different from road pace. It's easy to wrap my mind around that when I burned over 400 cal in just that hour in the woods!! Woke up sore but still very happy to go get muddy!

I run 7 miles and it was mu good day at all. I get my target once again.

I did a pyramid style interval running.  It was fun and broke up the monotony.  I'm having foot pain...waaaaaaah!

I only do running and up to 7 miles I can. But, I am trying to do my best.
