Hi All...did a nice 3 mile run w/ my dog Roscoes...tomorrow long run shooting for 16 miles!!

rooting for you on the 16 miles.  I did 3 miles walk/run yesterday and it I felt like my legs were lead.  My calves are really tight so I'm massaging them and stretching to get them to simmer down!  I'm taking today and tomorrow off!

I joined a New to Multi-sport group and we did our first workout yesterday. Biked about 10 miles and then did a short run after. My Garmin was dead so I am guessing I ran about 1.5 miles based on time.

In taper week, for upcoming Half next Sunday, and were scheduled for 8.8mi..... but since one group member dropped back and I ran to find out what happened, ended up doing 9.5 miles at a very fast pace. myGarmin, with it's inability to keep pace, however doesn't realize how fast I was going! I'm gonna have to get a new one eventually. Especially as a former coach just let me know today that he'd like to consider me for a pace coach for a 10k program that he's directing! Flattering, but I might not be able to make that happen w/ all my other training/work/social life....

I like to run and keep myself always ready for that. I run 7 miles yesterday and started my physical workout more quickly.

My health is my Highest Priority.
