Thursday Workout

I was not feeling well all day, head cold and upset stomach...still went to the Y and did a 6 mile run, funny as it was the only time of the day I did not feel crappy!

I did running and cycling at morning hour. I was feeling quite well.

There were severe t-storm and flash flood warnings in my area so I opted for an indoor workout today.  I did Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance, Tae Bo Cardio Inferno, Method Power Yoga Series 2 and arm stregthening w/dumbells.

Highest weight: 289

Lowest weight: 131

Current weight: 131!!!!!!!

Just looking for a way to have plastic surgery now.

Sorry you were feeling crappy :(.  I hope you feel better today!  I did my interval workout on the dreadmill since it was 34 and deluging out here.  Then I hopped on the elliptical to cool down my legs...  I cannot wait for spring so we can get our butts outside where they belong!  When is your first race, Bill?

Hi danslillady-I have a 1/2 Marathon on 3/16 and then a Full Marathon on 5/4

I was started the running yesterday at least 7 miles daily and I am going to continue it.
