Wednesday Workout

Indoor running is just a boring!! Still, went to the Y and did a solid 5 at a good pace...cannot to start running outside!

But I do indoor running and like it so much. I also like running upto 5 miles a day but not reach more than 4 miles. So I make a target only that I must have to reach upto 5 miles.

I used to think treadmill was fine UNTIL I started going outside and now I just can't see the treadmill in the same fluorescent light ;).  It is cold here (SC) but there is no snow (we've had some uncharacteristic snow but it was gone in days).

Yesterday, I crosstrained on the elliptical.  Since my children were in the child care area, I pushed it to 75 minutes...

Yeah, Bill, I feel ya on the treadmill! We had our penultimate group track work on Weds.... the track was sorta clear, so we ran 5mi on it but really didn't do speedwork. The up-shot is that since doing a master reboot on my Garmin, the pace was actually accurate!

I also opt the treadmill. It is very useful and I use it daily for my physical fitness.
