Tuesday Workout

Went to the Y and did a 4.5 mile Hills based run...good workout done!

i only run 4 miles and do cardio. it was my all work.

Sucked it up and did 5 miles on the treadmil. Oh, how I hate the hamster wheel! But was able to get it done, as too much snow/ice outside, with the help of my friends: texting/FBing/keeping me otherwise entertained. And music. Lots of high-speed, booty-shakin music!

Did my running intervals yesterday outside!  It was cold for SC but I LOVED it!!  Love booty shakin' music when I'm forced to be inside!

I only do running up to 4 miles. But my target is to reach  up to 5 miles. Firstly I will reach on my place and then I will again fix the goal for 7 miles! I think I can do.

My health is my Highest Priority.
