tyroid uptake

Has anyone had a radioactive thyroid uptake scan since VSG and if you have did you have trouble processing the radioactive iodine with such a small stomach?

     I'm Still a work in progress, I wont give up the quest to reclaim my life, I will be whole again someday!

My SIL has it done once a year and has never said anything about issues.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Thyroid gives you many problems. If you want to control it, you can also do some exercise. It will give you balanced body weight.

My health is my Highest Priority.
