THURSDAY workouts--what's on tap folks?

I ran further than I have ever run before AND for longer without stopping (over an hour!) than I ever have before and I am really feeling like I have the half marathon ON TRACK!! Woot woot!!

So...who else got out there today!?!

    

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Great feeling when you do a PR for a run...always exciting...I went to the Y and did 7 mile run, felt ok but a little sluggish but got my work in...

i think if you will continue then get a habit and comfortably run. it is upto you that how you will do.
