Monday Training
Today was trainer day - after spending the last few days in Texas with my niece and her family (she is 37wks pregnant and they have a 17mth old boy~ I took him on lots of wagon rides around the neighborhood so she could rest. :) )
4min jog to warm up then
I don't remember all of the weights, we were changing them around so much - 5 reps, 5 rounds
front squats (105lb I think)
dead lift (120?)
strict press (65, 60)
Then - 2 rounds of 5 pushup, 10 jump pullup, 15 captain chairs
Then 30 min cycle class
