Crossfit

So, yesterday I did my first crossfit class. At almost 300lbs, if I can get through it, I really do believe anyone can. I'm wicked sore today, but it's a good kind of sore. i go again on Tuesday. Anybody tried crossfit? Anyone else drunk that kool-aid yet?!

We just started it at work!  Fast way to get in a hard workout!

   How I get rid of the soreness!

crossfit is really the effective method to become fit.  and about soreness .... i make it two times a week.

I thought the core of XFit was do to it no less than 4x a week and aim for 6. No?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago!
