Well I'll post.  Rode errands on my bicycle.  Went to the doctors for a prescription, Walgreens, coffee shop, bank, then home again home again jiggity jig.  About 6 miles total.  PS I HATE RIDING IN THE WIND!!

Thnx, I agree been a little quiet here in my view also...Still, I had a solid 7 mile run today, happy to get thru it as had a little upsest stomach but wanted to get my training in today as I am scheduled for a day off tomorrow...

Let's see.... Weds we were supposed to do track speedwork but as the track was covered in snow & ice, we did hill repeats. Again. At a crappy pace. Again. :( But at least it was 6mi, so that's the upside.
