WOrked out with the different trainer again today; it was more difficult for my lack of coordination than the exercise aspect, but wasn't "easy"
3min warm up jog
2 stations, 2 rounds, 40 sec work 20 rest then 60 sec jump rope (no rope cuz I'm a klutz)
TRX pushup to a "T" to a "superman"
Medball rotations (12lb)
2nd group
TRX bicep curl
pushup / side plank
3rd
TRX Bicep curl to side rotation
medball walk overs (hell - hands on ball, plank position and walk hands over ball to floor)
4th
TRX Burpees (WTH??)
Med ball slams
