Friday Workout

In my training for 1/2 and Full Marathon, Friday is supposed to be day of rest..but...was in the mood to do something so did a 45 minute spin class..happy did it as legs felt energized!

Only got 3.5 mi in out of a planned 6mi run.... most epic fail was trying to run in the snow: fell twice, pace sucked as I was trying to jump like a snow bunny just to try to approximate forward movement, eventually gave up and found some snow-plowed roads to run on. Ugh, SO over winter!! And snow shoveling. :(

At Serious Strength we did some 15:15s doing various stuff and finished off with ropes!
