Happy Hump Day!!!! I went to the Y and did 5 miles at pretty good pace...love running,  but miss being able to do it outside!

Just got in from our 6.5mi hill repeats workout before snow-pocolypse decends on the DC area.... it started to snow just as we headed out but was really pretty to run in the snow. It'll not be so pretty when I'm digging the car out tomorrow from under a foot of snow, though!

its really a good place and enjoyable. running there will be so enjoyable.

running outside my backyard in the open grass has always helped me. 3 kms a day is more then enough i guess for loosing 4 to 6 pounds in a month.

I went to the extreme cycle class.... different trainer and she loved sprints. hill sprints, seated sprints, aero.... blah blah   lol
