Tuesday workouts/training/etc
Hi all! Just finished a mid-afternoon run in my new shoes.... you know you're a crazy runner when you go for a 3 mile run to break in shoes BEFORE your planned run. Um, yeah. Total mileage toda TBD but likely around 8mi, as my running buddy & I usually meet up to do somewhere b/w 4-6mi. How YOU doin?

LOL, indeed! When I have rotated a new pair in, it is on my 'walk' day which I like less and less because I want to get out and RUNNNN, but Jeff Galloway swears it is the right solution--so I am just following his program!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
I'm teaching some people to run a 5k on Tuesdays so we did Week 2 of Couch-to-5k. Except no one else but me showed up! I ran anyway of which I am quite proud because it was freaking cold and I didn't want to!
