Thursday Workout

I ran over 5 miles without stopping. I have NEVER in my life done that before. I am on a freaking HIGH over this!! Each week I am starting to really be excited about my long run. When I told my husband where I'd gone (I do a loop route in my town) and said things like "The diner way out at 115?" and "The ABC over by the McDonald's on 150?"
OH YES!!! WHOO HOO!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Great... if you want to loose your weigt in a better way then it is very important for you to take care about your daily exercise, if you want to know more about daily exercise then you can also search on any search engine like google
