I am feeling pretty good, no where near some of you folks here, but I am working on it.
Powerwalking ; a lite jog, on the treadmill, I am well on my way huh?
Only did 30-mins. but I had to do it. I have to cover my time on the treadmill, if I look at the time it creeps even longer!
I got to keep pushing, I know, I have so far to go. But unlike wks. ago when I got moving again, I could barely survive & felt like 354lbs. again that day... but after that 1st day of EXERCISE, I have grown stronger in just a few wks. so imagine a few months at this pace?
I can't wait for this 50lbs. to be gone! forever!!! & mean that!
Eye of the Tiger!! Got to Move to Lose!! for Life, that's my new commitment, unlike before, I lost my way, but I am back and stronger then ever!

GOOD FOR YOU! No one woke up and went and ran a marathon. Takes time to build endurance and stamina and you have to celebrate the milestones along the way!

YAY!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
