Wednesday Workout
Group workout was 6 miles of hill repeats - - really fun b/c we ran near a very spooky graveyard and my friends were all making us laugh by being silly & creepy. I always just laugh so hard with them that it was hard to run up the hills & still have enough oxygen in my lungs!! We're doing another hill repeat Friday night, but with slightly warmer weather, so I'm looking forward to another day with the crew.
