Avoiding a sedentary life is easy. You should follow some tips for it. Avoid too much sleep. Rise early and do physical exercise daily. Try to avoid junk foods. Drink lot of water.

I know it is a cliché but you just have to do it. No, magic formula, no great pep talk because at the end of the day no matter what is said you have to put in the work.
