Good for you Bill!  I walked two miles.  I want to start running but had really bad knees before I started losing.  I've lost 118 lbs so far with about 29 to go until goal.  How do you know what you are ready to start running vs. walking?  I'm just so afraid of hurting my knees but I think it's time.  I want to increase my pace and I can't walk any faster!

Hi-Bad knees are a bummer...as far as running, you might start with the C25K runnin program. It is how I started running over 1 1/2 years ago. Keep up the good work!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
