Friday Training
Kind of missed this - but Friday training?
0600 Spinnerval class
1200 Trainer session. I have been really struggling with confidence and food issues for the week prior to Friday, so she decided to show me a little bit of how far I have come and what I have accomplished. Starting by having me wear a 40lb vest for the workout.
16" box step up (up, right side, left side, back)
15lb dumbbell plank row
25lb KB walking lunge / pass KB under front knee
Complete decline situps
TM hill climbs, then 5.0 and 5.5 (1) minute jogs
Serious strength - including a goblet squat ladder
HW - 225 SW - 191 GW - 132 CW - 122
